Do yourself a favor and read Network Configuration.All FileZilla products fully support IPv6. I had the problem of deleting by FTP, changing the permission didn't help and in the cpanel denied permission. no guarantee that this will work though. Try pressing F5 to refresh the file / folder list and / or empty the cache (Tools -> Settings, Connection -> Cache).
