So I can't tell if this error vanishes by itself. If the DNS seems slow then you can use a public DNS such as open DNS. it says could not locate remote server. It is either the WLAN or the operating system itself.
But still I often have some weird problems with the connection to the web using Thunderbird, Firefox, Opera or Google Earth (sometimes all at once).
